[When I reached there എന്ന വാക്യവും everybody had left എന്ന വാക്യവുമടക്കം രണ്ട് വാക്യങ്ങള്‍ ചേര്‍ന്നാണ് മുകളില്‍ പറഞ്ഞ വാക്യമുണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഈ രണ്ടു വാക്യങ്ങളില്‍ വരുന്ന ക്രിയകള്‍ (verbs) reached, left എന്നിവയാണ്.
