[ഒരു വാക്യത്തിലെ main verb-നു മുന്നില്‍ വരുന്ന noun അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ noun group ആണ് subject. ഇവിടെ noun group ആണുള്ളത്. ഇതില്‍ verb-ന് അടിസ്ഥാനമാവുന്നത് chapters ആണ്. ഇതാണ് subject noun. ഇത് plural ആയതിനാലാണ് are എന്ന plural verb ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.]
