1. Simple present tense

[write/writes : She writes a letter every week]

പറയേണ്ടിവരുമ്പോള്‍ സാധാരണ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന ചില adverbs ഉണ്ട്. അവ ഇനി പറയുന്നവയാണ്:

Simple present tense, negative-ലോ question-ലോ ഉപയോഗിക്കുമ്പോള്‍ does അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ do ആണ് auxiliary verb ആയി ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നത്:

Statement: He speaks English.
Negative: He does not speak English.
Question: Does he speak English?
Statement: They speak English.
Negative: They do not speak English.
Question: Do they speak English?
